Early Childhood & Family Education
Early Childhood Screening is recommended at age 3 and required for all children before they enter kindergarten. Screening includes a quick check of a child's development, hearing and vision screening, height & weight and social emotional development.
The goal of our preschool programs are to help preschoolers enter school with the skills and behaviors necessary to be successful in future learning.
Programs for youth Birth-18
Karate, Pickleball, Massage
Provides opportunities for youth to learn new concepts and develop skills in a variety of topic areas.
Provides fun accessible, and positive youth sports experiences by emphasizing fundamentals and the spirit of the game, as well as, sportsmanship, personal development, and athletic growth.
Classes for Children 2 to 5 years old
Courses for families with a child - newborn to 1 year old - No separating
Safety Town is a prevention program teaching young children how to prevent accidents from occurring and how to respond to dangerous situations. This program is offered to children ages 4-7 years old and must be 4 years old by June 1, 2024. No exceptions will be made. Under the guidance of district staff, teen and community volunteers, children are introduced to a variety of safety concepts. The safety education includes topics about fire, animals, home, personal, pedestrian, bicycle, poison, violence, playground, bus, electricity, seatbelt, first aid, and water safety.
The classes will be divided according to the children's ages to ensure that the information will be presented to the children at a developmentally appropriate level.
Parents have the option of registering their child in a morning or afternoon 9-day session. Morning session fills up fast so register early!!!
