YOUTH PROGRAMS ADULT PROGRAMS refund policy Full refunds are given when a class is cancelled due to low enrollment. Participants need to contact the Community Education Office at least five business days before class begins to receive a full refund. Generally,NO REFUNDS are made after the first session, unless extenuating circumstances exist AND when agreed upon by the director. Refunds will NOT be granted to students who are withdrawn from a course as a result of failure to comply with district and/or community education policies.
