About Adults with Disabilities

The Hibbing Adults with Disabilities program is designed to serve adults with physical, developmental or cognitive disabilities by encouraging inclusion in the community and providing educational, social and recreational opportunities for participants.

A few of the activities include a Friday Night Recreation, and Saturday is bowling day, where participants spend two hours getting exercise, having fun and learning sportsmanship. The program runs from September to May.

    Adults with Disabilities: Crossing Bridges Program Friday Night Recreation @ The Early Learning Center Cost is $5pp (Pay at the door, no pre-registration required) Entertainment includes dances, animal night, halloween dance, bingo, Friends-Giving, movie night and a holiday party Community Life and Social Skills This is a new program through Hibbing Community Education Adult's with Disabilities! This program is aimed to support life and social skills throughout the community. We will meet two evenings each month with one evening being a skill night with group activities and learning, the second evening will be a community activity. Cost is $5.00pp (Pay at the door, no pre-registration required)
