Early Childhood & Family Education
Early Childhood Screening is recommended at age 3 and required for all children before they enter kindergarten. Screening includes a quick check of a child's development, hearing and vision screening, height & weight and social emotional development.
The goal of our preschool programs are to help preschoolers enter school with the skills and behaviors necessary to be successful in future learning.
Programs for youth Birth-18
Karate, Pickleball, Massage
Provides opportunities for youth to learn new concepts and develop skills in a variety of topic areas.
Provides fun accessible, and positive youth sports experiences by emphasizing fundamentals and the spirit of the game, as well as, sportsmanship, personal development, and athletic growth.

Financial Education presented by Julie Takkunen
Julie Takkunen celebrates being in the financial industry since 2017 and is excited to provide education and enlightenment in the financial planning space. She is Series 7 licensed, and Insurance licensed for Life, Longterm Care, and disability, and focuses on comprehensive financial planning for the entire family to preserve intergenerational wealth.
June 20th – Taxes in Retirement
Learn ins and outs of funding your retirement without paying unnecessary taxes. The same dollar amount for income can be taxed differently if you pull from income from different sources during the year. Learn how maximize your income while legally following the tax laws.
July 18th – Roth Conversion
You may have missed out on contributing to a ROTH IRA while you were saving for retirement, but it’s not too late to utilize the tax-free benefits of the ROTH by using your 401K, IRA, or other qualified account to convert into this tax-deferred/tax free distribution account. Learn how to “fill up the tax bracket” you are currently in and slowly change your huge tax liability into a huge tax savings!
Aug 15th – Social Security
Should you claim now? Or claim later? Learn about the formulas used to determine your benefits if you claim early, at full retirement age, or wait till even later. Learn about the pitfalls of claiming while you are still working. The course will also touch on marriage, divorce, and the options for surviving spouse. We will analyze your unique situation and provide education for helpful next steps of action.
Classes will be held in the High School Board Room. Classes are FREE of charge, but still require a registration through Community Education.
