It combines Zumba dance moves and fun upbeat music into a pool party that offers a low impact yet challenging workout that's easy on your body. Great for all ages and fitness levels. Water Walking Water Walking is a low-impact exercise that can boost your fitness, provide a great cardio workout, and help burn calories. The extra resistance in the water helps to strengthen your muscles, while being gentle on your bones and joints. Lap Swim Lap swimming combines three types of exercise into one: aerobics, stretching, and strength training all of which are low-impact while swimming. It is a full body workout that targets the core, arms, back and legs. If you are looking to improve your workout routine, consider lap swimming. Each lane could have up to two swimmers. Water Aerobics Water aerobics offers a comfortable, positive, and encouraging environment for swimmers to reach their full potential. The natural resistance and buoyancy of the water allows swimmers to burn many calories per hour. Join us to build strength and flexibility during this low-impact, yet very fun workout! Ages 14-17 are also welcomed, but they will need to know someone in the class to sign up with. Please contact Alex Hanson if you would like to register for or as a 14-17 year old.
