    Spring Ice Cream Social May 14, 2026 Come join us for our end of the year ice cream social with Mr. Ed’s Farm petting zoo and The Ice Cream Truck! Our gym and playgrounds will be open for family fun as well. Thursday, May 14th 4:00-6:00 pm Hibbing Early Learning Center *$4/person *$4 will get you 1 ticket to receive a SMALL ice cream cone or novelty item. Each person wishing to have ice cream, needs to pay the $4 for a ticket. No cash will be onsite for change. Pre-registration is REQUIRED - Please register ahead of time online

    Infant/Cruisers

    This course is for children one to fifteen months old. Class focuses on parent and child interaction with songs and infant play.     Mixed Age

    This course is for children two to five years old. However some classes may take children younger (i.e. gym-time class). This class focuses on skills such as fine motor strength, self control, listening, following a routine, enjoying music and literature. All of these skills are considered school readiness skills.     Guardians and children will discover the outdoors together through nature walks, hands-on sensory play with natural materials, songs, and simple science activities.     Three to Fives

    Little Learners : This ECFE class supports children to build social, emotional, language, motor skills, and early learning skills. Children will learn through hands-on play and structured activities while targeting a specific skill each week. Caregivers will participate in discussions to learn about child development and gain strategies to support growth at home. Separation time during this class will be longer to give little learners focused classroom time with the teacher. Simple Cooking: This ECFE class introduces children to cooking through fun, hands-on activities, exploring new foods and following simple recipes. Caregivers will learn strategies to involve children in cooking and building independence at home. (no separation time) *High Allergens likely to be present.     Children in this class range in age from 24 months to 48 months. This class focuses on interacting with others in a group setting, simple projects, turn taking and listening to music/rhymes.
