About Youth Sports

Our Youth Sports programs offer fun, inclusive, and positive athletic experiences for children of all skill levels. Our programs focus on building strong fundamentals and fostering a love for the game, while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development.

Participants can take part in a variety of sports including football, swimming & diving, volleyball, wrestling, and cheerleading. Each program is designed to support athletic growth in a supportive environment that encourages confidence, physical fitness, and a lifelong appreciation for active living.

  • Karate & Sparring

    Welcome to the National Karate Schools! Get in shape Increase flexibility Build Confidence Instill self-discipline and respect All classes are taught by blackbelts. Uniforms can be purchased through the Karate School. Classes are available for youth and adults (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced) Minimum age to register is 8 years old. Classes will be held at the new Early Learning Center (attached to the Washington Elementary School) in the gym. Please use the main entrance (door #16) No class Feb 3rd ** Feb 12th Class will be at Washington Elementary ** _________________________________________ Sparring Classes: Requirements - Must be in karate and at least a Gold belt to Spar Equipment required: Head protection, face mask, hand & foot protection, shin & elbow protection, cup & supporter, mouth guard and chest guard. Classes will be held at the new Early Learning Center (attached to the Washington Elementary School) in the gym. Please use Door 16. ** Feb 20th class will be at Washington Elementary **
  • VolleyTots

    Our VolleyTot program creates a volleyball playground designed to expose your son or daughter to the sport of volleyball. Our focus during the PreK - 4th grade years is teaching our players basic athletic movements (running, jumping, throwing, etc.) while introducing fundamental volleyball skills. Kids will learn hand-eye coordination, volleyball specific movement, as well as the basic skills of volleyball. Our goal is to have all players understand the game of volleyball with exposure to all basic skills (passing, digging, setting, hitting, serving, etc.). Limited to the 1st 20 registrants per group - waitlist available. Boys & girls welcome! April 8, 15, 22 PreK - K 5-5:50pm 1st - 2nd 6-6:50pm ** Please use door #16 at the Early Learning Center ** Equipment needed: Athletic shoes (only worn inside) Shorts & t-shirt (no jeans) Long hair pulled back and secured Water bottle Knee pads (optional)
