Early Childhood & Family Education
Early Childhood Screening is recommended at age 3 and required for all children before they enter kindergarten. Screening includes a quick check of a child's development, hearing and vision screening, height & weight and social emotional development.
The goal of our preschool programs are to help preschoolers enter school with the skills and behaviors necessary to be successful in future learning.
Programs for youth Birth-18
Karate, Pickleball, Massage
Provides opportunities for youth to learn new concepts and develop skills in a variety of topic areas.
Provides fun accessible, and positive youth sports experiences by emphasizing fundamentals and the spirit of the game, as well as, sportsmanship, personal development, and athletic growth.
Classes for Children 2 to 5 years old
Courses for families with a child - newborn to 1 year old - No separating
Welcome to the National Karate Schools!
All classes are taught by blackbelts. Uniforms can be purchased through the Karate School.
Classes are available for youth and adults (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced) Minimum age to register is 8 years old.
Summer Session: Tuesday's & Thursday's June 2nd - August 6th, 2026

Sparring Classes:
Requirements - Must be in karate and at least a Gold belt to Spar
Equipment required:
Head protection, face mask, hand & foot protection, shin & elbow protection, cup & supporter, mouth guard and chest guard.
