Early Childhood & Family Education
Early Childhood Screening is recommended at age 3 and required for all children before they enter kindergarten. Screening includes a quick check of a child's development, hearing and vision screening, height & weight and social emotional development.
The goal of our preschool programs are to help preschoolers enter school with the skills and behaviors necessary to be successful in future learning.
Programs for youth Birth-18
Karate, Pickleball, Massage
Provides opportunities for youth to learn new concepts and develop skills in a variety of topic areas.
Provides fun accessible, and positive youth sports experiences by emphasizing fundamentals and the spirit of the game, as well as, sportsmanship, personal development, and athletic growth.
Classes for Children 2 to 5 years old
Courses for families with a child - newborn to 1 year old - No separating
Hibbing Community Education offers a 30-hour Classroom Driver's training course for those 14-1/2 years of age and older.
Class will be held in the Hibbing Early Learning Center- Commons
October 27th - November 7th (Mon-Fri) , 2025
Monday-Friday class is 3pm-6pm
Registration is available online, at the Community Ed office ( Early Learning Center location door #16) or stop at the high school door #12 to pick up a form.
