Early Childhood & Family Education
Early Childhood Screening is recommended at age 3 and required for all children before they enter kindergarten. Screening includes a quick check of a child's development, hearing and vision screening, height & weight and social emotional development.
The goal of our preschool programs are to help preschoolers enter school with the skills and behaviors necessary to be successful in future learning.

Classes for Children 2 to 5 years old
Courses for families with a child - newborn to 1 year old - No separating
This gentle and accessible yoga class is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels, especially those new to yoga or looking to get back into a regular practice. You’ll be guided through a series of foundational poses, focusing on proper alignment, breath awareness, and body awareness. Each session emphasizes relaxation and mindfulness, helping you build strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve posture, or simply enjoy a moment of calm, this class will meet you where you are, providing modifications and props to ensure comfort and safety. No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a sense of curiosity.
